Kyle's Legal Background

Kyle holds a Juris Doctor and practiced as a litigation attorney before real estate, including service as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals in San Francisco. That training shows up where it matters most for clients: contract command, disclosure and risk analysis, and negotiation under pressure. It also makes Kyle a natural fit for legally complex transactions. He regularly represents fiduciaries, trustees, and families in trust, probate, and estate sales, coordinating with attorneys and fiduciaries so the sale meets both legal requirements and market objectives.

New-Construction Track Record

Kyle has led sales and marketing for some of Marin's most significant residential developments. At Hamilton Field, he served as Director of Sales for The Landing at Hamilton, a full 29-home sellout with Barker Pacific Group and Devcon Construction. He also served as Director of Sales for Rudnick Estates. Today, Kyle is the Sales & Marketing Director for Magnolia Village, the new townhome community bringing rare new construction to Larkspur, continuing a two-decade record as one of Marin's most experienced new-development sales leaders.

A member of Marin Country Club, Kyle enjoys golf, tennis, and the outdoors with his wife and daughters. He supports local charities including the Sparkle Foundation, Marin Humane Society, and Power to Soar Foundation. Since 2018, Kyle has funded multiple homes in Guatemala through Home for a Home, helping families achieve safety and stability.
